Tindall Fields I is the second of four phases of new housing planned for the redevelopment on the Tindall site over the next several years. The 64-unit Tindall Fields I is located across the Mercer University Stadium next door to Tindall Seniors Towers off of Felton Avenue. This new development will provide 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units in three 3-story mid-rise developments for low income residents. Construction was completed in January of 2019.
